• 1,268* Ha developed as dryland farming underpinned generally flat topography and deep fertile black self-mulching soils 
• A single residence (located at Moonlight) complimented by 1,351* tonne of grain storage including a brand new 531* tonne Kotzur silo and multiple sheds providing a high degree of amenity

Prentices Hub

• Total land area of 820* Ha comprising two non-contiguous land parcels located 22* km south of Jondaryan 
• 797* Ha developed as dryland farming underpinned by flat to slightly undulating topography and deep fertile black self-mulching soils
• Multiple residences complimented by 863* tonne of grain storage and multiple sheds providing a high degree of amenity
