Chief Executive Officer and President
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated

Headquartered in Chicago, IL, Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) employs more than 100,000 people across five business lines and has a worldwide client base in more than 80 countries.

Christian became Chief Executive Officer in October 2016, and has been a member of the company’s Board of Directors since May 2016 when he was elected President.

Christian leads JLL’s strategic direction and global operations, ensuring the company’s continued growth in the dynamic and evolving international real estate market. Christian spearheads a strategy to create success for clients, colleagues, and shareholders by leveraging sustainable, market-leading technology solutions to shape the future of real estate for a better world.

Previously, Christian served as Chief Executive Officer for JLL in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) beginning January 2009. From April 2005 through December 2008, he was the Managing Director of JLL’s German business and a member of the EMEA regional board.

Prior to joining JLL, Christian spent seven years as Chief Executive Officer of the Hamburg-based HIH Group, the leading provider of real estate investment management services in Germany. Christian began his career in banking, initially holding roles at national and international banks in Germany before reaching the position of CEO at a German regional bank.

Christian is a passionate advocate for the responsibility of companies to lead and take action to create a sustainable, diverse, and inclusive global future. He is a member of the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council, Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders and Vanguard Board for the Partnership Against Corruption Initiative.

Christian holds a senior degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and completed the Stanford University GSB program. He lives near Frankfurt, Germany.

Organisational Resources
Rio Tinto Plc

Hugo Bagué has been a Director of JLL since 2011.

Mr. Bagué was Group Executive for Rio Tinto Organisational Resources from 2007 to 2017, taking overall responsibility for everything from external affairs to information systems and technology. Rio Tinto Plc is an international mining and metals group headquartered in the U.K.

He previously worked at Hewlett Packard Corporation as global vice president of Human Resources for the Technology Solutions Group. He also worked for Compaq Computer, Nortel Networks and Abbott Laboratories.

Mr. Bagué earned a degree in linguistics and post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Ghent in Belgium.

Chief Executive Officer
Aryaka Networks, Inc.

Matthew Carter was named a Director in November 2018.

He is the CEO of Aryaka Networks, Inc., the leading provider of cloud and on-premises network applications. He previously served as President and CEO of Inteliquent, which provides wholesale voice services for carriers and service providers. Prior to that role, Mr. Carter held various roles at Sprint Corporation, including President of Enterprise Solutions, Sprint’s $14 billion global communications technology business unit.

He serves on the boards of NRG Energy, Inc and USG Corporation, and previously served on the boards of Inteliquent, Inc. and Apollo Education Group, Inc.

He earned a master’s degree in general management from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.

Retired Managing Partner, PwC

Susan Gore was named a Director of JLL in 2024.

Ms. Gore held various leadership roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) during her 33-year tenure with the firm. Most recently, she was the Managing Partner of PwC’s Global Technology and Information Security organization. Prior to that, she served as PwC’s Global Assurance Chief Operations Officer and as the U.S. Assurance Transformation Leader. Ms. Gore also was an Assurance partner providing professional accounting services to clients ranging from high-growth startups to large multi-nationals.

From 2001 to 2006, Ms. Gore was the Chief Financial Officer of a late-stage venture backed software company and a Portfolio Advisor for a Silicon Valley Venture Capital firm.

Ms. Gore has considerable experience advising boards of directors and board committees, providing valuable insights and guidance on audit effectiveness and efficiencies.

Ms. Gore holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

KKR & Co., L.P.

Mr. Lu has been a Director of JLL since May 2009.

Mr. Lu has been a partner since 2007 with KKR & Co., L.P., a global alternative asset manager sponsoring and managing funds that make investments in private equity, fixed income and other assets. He joined KKR Asia Limited in 2006.

In connection with KKR, Mr. Lu is a member of the board of directors of BIS Industrial Limited, a provider of logistics and materials handling services to the mining and metals industry in Australia; MMI Group, a precision engineering company based in Singapore that provides components to the hard disc, oil and gas and aerospace industries; Unisteel Technology Limited, a Singapore based provider of precision fastening, stamping, optics and surface treatment technologies; and Masan Consumer Corporation, a leading branded consumer goods company in Vietnam.

Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Lu was a Partner at CCMP Capital Asia Pte Ltd (formerly JP Morgan Partners Asia Pte Ltd), a leading private equity fund focusing on investments in Asia, from 1999 to 2006. He previously held senior positions at Lucas Varity, a leading global automotive component supplier, Kraft Foods International, Inc., and CITIC, the largest direct-investment firm in China.

Mr. Lu received a BA in economics from Wuhan University of Hydro Electrical Engineering in China and an MBA from the University of Leuven in Belgium.

First Eagle Holdings, Inc.

Bridget Macaskill has been a Director at JLL since 2016.

Ms. Macaskill is the non-executive chairman of First Eagle Holdings, Inc. and serves as senior adviser to First Eagle Investment Management and to its CEO. She was formerly president and chief executive officer of First Eagle, which she joined in 2009.

Prior to joining First Eagle, Ms. Macaskill served as chief operating officer, president, chief executive officer and chairman of Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., where she is recognized for creating the Oppenheimer Funds' Women & Investing program, dedicated to educating American women about the need to take charge of their personal finances.

Ms. Macaskill has served on a number of public company and not-for-profit boards. She is currently on the boards of Jupiter Fund Management plc., merchant banking firm Close Brothers plc., and the TIAA-CREF mutual funds.

A native of the United Kingdom, Ms. Macaskill earned a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and completed post-graduate studies at the Edinburgh College of Commerce.

Equinox Advisors LLC 

Deborah (Debbie) McAneny was named a Director in 2019.

Ms. McAneny is a Principal of Equinox Advisors LLC. Prior roles include COO at Benchmark Assisted Living and EVP, Structured and Alternative Investments, at John Hancock Financial Services, Inc.

She served on the Board of Directors of HFF, the leading capital markets advisor recently acquired by JLL, and currently holds board seats at KKR Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc., THL Credit Advisors LLC, RREEF Property Trust, Inc., and RREEF America REIT II.

Ms. McAneny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Vermont and a Masters Professional Director Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors.

Former President and CEO
TransUnion

Siddharth (Bobby) Mehta was named a Director in 2019.

Mr. Mehta was President and CEO of TransUnion, a global provider of credit and information management services, from 2007 through 2012. Prior to that, he held various roles at multinational banking and financial services company HSBC, including CEO of HSBC North America Holdings and CEO of HSBC Finance Corporation.

He serves on the boards of The Allstate Corporation, Northern Trust, TransUnion, Entrust Datacard Corporation, Piramal Engterprises Ltd and Avant. He is also a member of the non-profit boards of the Field Museum and the Chicago Public Education Fund.

Mr. Mehta holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the London School of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

The Vistria Group, LLC

Martin H. Nesbitt has been a Director of JLL since March 2011.

He currently serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Vistria Group, LLC, a private equity investment firm. Until January 2013, he was President and CEO of TPS Parking Management (known as the Parking Spot), a Chicago-based owner and operator of off-airport parking facilities, which he conceived and co-founded.

Prior to launching the Parking Spot, Mr. Nesbitt was an officer of the Pritzker Realty Group, L.P. Before that, he was a Vice President and Investment Manager at LaSalle Partners.

Mr. Nesbitt is a member of the board of directors of Norfolk Southern Corporation, a rail transportation company in the United States, and CenterPoint Energy, Inc., an electric and natural gas utility serving several markets in Arkansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.

He is a Trustee of Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art and a member of The University of Chicago Laboratory School Board, and the former Chairman of the Board of the Chicago Housing Authority.

Mr. Nesbitt has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors degree and honorary doctorate from Albion College, Albion, Michigan.

Senior Vice President and General Manager Cisco

Jeetu Patel was named a Director in 2019.

Mr. Patel is the Senior Vice President and General Manager Cisco, a leading enterprise cloud content management platform. Prior to his current roles at Box, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and led the creation of the Box Platform business unit with oversight responsibility for product strategy, marketing and developer relations. His previous roles include General Manager and Chief Executive of the Syncplicity business unit of EMC (now part of Dell) and President of Doculabs, a research and advisory firm focused on collaboration and content management.

Mr. Patel serves on the board of directors of HackerRank.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Former Global Chief Information Officer
Deloitte

Larry Quinlan was named a Director of JLL in May 2022 and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee in December 2023.

As Global Chief Information Officer for Deloitte, Mr. Quinlan had responsibility for the company’s technology strategy and operations and oversaw more than 10,000 information technology professionals in 175 countries. In his more than 33 years at Deloitte, Mr. Quinlan led major client relationships and advised company boards and CEOs on a wide range of IT, cybersecurity and digital strategic priorities.

Currently, Mr. Quinlan serves on the board of ServiceNow. He also is a member of the non-profit boards of KIPP Charter Schools Miami and Easterseals South Florida and co-founded TechPACT, an organization focused on inclusion and equity in the technology industry. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of leadership, information technology transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Paychex, Inc.

Efrain Rivera was named a Director of JLL in October 2021.

Mr. Rivera has extensive global experience in finance and operations. He is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of integrated human capital management solutions. He previously held senior management positions, including Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, at global eye health company Bausch & Lomb, and in higher education administration.

He serves on the boards of ESL Federal Credit Union and Rochester Regional Health.

Mr. Rivera holds a Doctor of Management degree from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester and a JD degree from New York University. Rivera earned his B.S. degree from Houghton College.
