He has significant experience in both the leasing and sale of high value industrial real estate. Through his daily interaction in the field, he has amassed a wide-ranging and valuable network of key players, as well as a broad and extensive knowledge of the market.

Derek has studied at the University of Reading & Bayes Business School (formerly known as Cass Business School). Beyond his professional achievements, Derek will regularly participate in conferences and seminars to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and changes.
