Janice Chin

Capital Markets (Office, Retail Malls, Hotels)

Janice is responsible for providing land and property acquisition with a focus on office, retail and hotel segments, divestment and investment advisory services to a range of occupiers, investors, owners and developers.

She handles corporate clients including developers, institutional investors such as the likes of REITs, investment funds and private investors.

Janice started her career in 2004 with YTL Land and Development Bhd. She was part of the sales and marketing team and subsequently moved over to a property management position. Prior to joining JLL Malaysia, she was with an established public listed company, The Nomad Group Bhd. (“Nomad”). During her service in Nomad, she specialised in the group’s strategic planning and was actively involved in business development, hotel management contract negotiation, as well as property acquisition activities for the Group.

She was instrumental in the acquisition exercise of a number of hospitality properties from the feasibility analysis stage to seeing through the ensuing due diligence exercise, fulfilment of contract obligations and completion of transactional documentation.
