Nicholas joined JLL Malaysia after having spent 8 years living in and working in Shanghai. He began his real estate career working in the luxury property sector before gaining experience in the Shanghai construction industry as part of a project management team.

Following this he spent 5 years at Colliers Shanghai international where was part of the office leasing team in which his main role was servicing the real estate requirements of leading multinational companies in China.
