Ramesh is responsible for driving the company’s overall direction, strategy and growth in the country.
A JLL man for almost two decades, Ramesh has worked across regions and businesses, since joining the firm as an analyst in 1999. Having started his real estate career in 1996, he has experience across an array of asset classes and is an ardent advocate of the adoption of real estate technology.
Coming from a humble background, Ramesh makes it a point to engage with talent, and help them achieve their career goals. In 2016, he was awarded the Asia Pacific Talent Magnet accolade for sourcing and retaining top talent within the real estate market. Under his leadership, JLL India was rated among the best places to work in India by the Great Place to Work Institute and The Economic Times in 2017, and again in 2018.
Ramesh is a post-graduate from the University of Madras and LIBA. He has attended the Global Advanced Management Programme from Kellogg Business School and the Indian School of Business.
In any rare spare time, Ramesh enjoys reading and participating in sports.
