Yulia Nikulicheva

With over 25 years of real estate advisory experience within JLL, Yulia Nikulicheva advises investors, developers and tenants on their real estate assets. This includes feasibility study, investment strategy, highest and best use analysis, single asset or a portfolio strategy, or an analysis tailored to specific client requirements. Regular data collection and reporting on market trends and thought research on trending real estate topics are part of research activities.

Previously, Yulia led JLL Russia Strategic Consulting team where she advised clients on property assets located within the former Soviet Union territory.

Yulia has an M.A. in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading Henley Business School.

Yulia is a member of Royal Institute of Charted Surveyor (RICS) since 2007.
