"JLL is a multiple award winning and globally recognised brand for their strong track records in the real estate industry which was a key driving factor for me to join the company," says Chiao Hui. He decided to embark on the journey of joining JLL as he was excited to learn on the vast opportunity the company offers with its in-depth expertise. His journey has just hit the 1 year and 6 months mark since early 2018 and the culture the company practises is what has got him going even further now. Through the team's professionalism, working environment and strategic office location here in Malaysia, he feels that this definitely a corporation that will continue to mould him for better career progression.

"As I recalled there were challenges I had to go through i.e. sourcing for buyers and sellers which can be quite tedious but with every challenge, I look for a solution. Thus, my go-to action would always be to plan ahead and manage my schedule in advance to avoid unnecessary surprises. Afterall, failing to plan is planning to fail", he says. Being in role, it does not stop him from taking calculated risk and getting the best outcome out of it. With a recent turn of events, whenever he stumbles on a roadblock, he can always count on his team members and superiors for the guided help; thinking outside the box.

He has truly found himself accoustomed to the culture of JLL and the countless opportunities that come with his line of work i.e. meeting new people and the flexibility to explore options when assisting clients to make decisions in order to meet their requirements and needs. "All in all, if you are willing to put in the hours and have an open mind, nothing is impossible for you to get the job done and ultimately the reward that comes with it," he says.
