EMEA Real Estate Outlook 2023
A year of challenges and opportunities
- David Rea
The EMEA region enters the new year facing a range of challenges and opportunities that will shape the real estate industry over the next twelve months. The war in Ukraine continues, affecting global commodity markets and trade flows; an energy shock is driving inflation and a cost-of-living crisis; and central banks are raising rates, pushing but borrowing costs and forcing a repricing of risk and return across all asset markets, including real estate. Despite these challenges, there is light at the end of the tunnel and we are expecting a recovery to take shape by the second half of the year.
In this research our experts provide their predictions for the real estate sectors in EMEA for the year ahead.
